I hope you're right about Birdman. I've heard great things and I really want to see the movie! And I'd love for it to win.

We did an office pool today for it - I haven't seen Birdman, but I put in for it because of all the hype I've heard (we each put something different for Best Picture, so it should be interesting!).
I had a really hard time selecting for Best Actress - I only saw Gone Girl and don't think that has a chance in hell of winning (even though as you know, I really liked it).
Good luck, lady! (Though I hope you're wrong on a lot of these because I went soooo in a different direction ;)

It's going to be interesting to see how it goes. I think there are very few categories where the winner is essentially a lock. Which is SO FUN!

I'm so excited about this Sunday. You might be right with pretty much most of them. :) All I have to say is that I cannot wait to just hear my name Sunday; it may be a city and a film but just to hear "Selma" will be kind of fun. ;)

I saw all of the best picture nominees except American Sniper. I just can't handle sniper shootings-too much suspense. I can see why Birdman won. Hollywood loves nothing more than...Hollywood. HA! I was happy for JK Simmons. I love him!
