Spring Movies

Veronica Mars
I'm sure you're all sick of me talking about this movie. I can't wait to see it this weekend!

Jake. Wait. Two Jakes!? Plus it actually looks really good. I think. The trailer doesn't give away much.

Better Living Through Chemistry
I don't care what it's about. Sam Rockwell is in it. That's enough for me.

For some reason, I have no desire to read the books and I'm not in a rush to see the movie, but I probably still will.

This documentary looks good. I'm ashamed to admit I only know bits and pieces of her story (I was too young).

Bad Words
Jason Bateman and a spelling bee? I like it.

I see a Nolan and Mom date in the future.

The Other Woman
This looks really stupid, but I still want to see it.

Earth to Echo
It reminds me a little of Super 8, which I liked, so I'll check it out.

The Sacrament
Pretty creepy.

Zac. It actually looks kinda funny to me, but really, just Zac.

Million Dollar Arm
I'm a sucker for a baseball movie. I'm also a sucker for Jon Hamm.

X-Men: Days of Future Past
I don't know why, but I typically like X-Men better than any other comic book movies.

It doesn't look that good, but I love Drew and Adam together.

A Million Ways to Die in the West
Sometimes you just gotta watch something stupid-funny. I love Seth and Charlize and the rest of the cast.

I can't think of anyone better to play an evil queen. This looks awesome.

The Fault in Our Stars
I'm so not ready for this cry-fest, but I also can't wait!

22 Jump Street
I was pleasantly surprised by the first one. I hope this is just as funny.

Also showing this spring: The Art of the Steal, Tyler Perry's The Single Moms Club, Muppets Most Wanted, Nymphomaniac: Volume I, Blood Ties, Cheap Thrills, Maladies, Sabotage, Noah, The Raid 2, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, In The Blood, Dom Hemingway, Island of Lemurs: Madagascar, Under the Skin, Alan Partridge, Rio 2, Draft Day, Oculus, Heaven Is For Real, Transcendence, Nymphomaniac: Volume II, Walk of Shame, The Quiet Ones, Brich Mansions, Locke, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, The Double, Delivery Us From Evil, Edge of Tomorrow, and How to Train Your Dragon 2.

What are your must-see spring movies?

WHAT?! You're not that interested in Divergent?? I LOVED it. I'm actually still reading the third one but I already know what happens. I highly recommend this series. I can't wait for the movie!

I read Divergent and didn't love it. It was just ok for me. I still haven't read the last two. I'll see the movie just because.

Adam and Drew? Absolutely.
I love Sam Rockwell.
Maleficient, 21 Jump Street, The Fault in Our Stars - Yes, Yes, Yes

I'll have to watch the Bateman spelling bee trailer. I'm intrigued.

How many times can they remake Godzilla? But Bryan Cranston? Count me in.

So happy movie season is upon us!!! I can't wait to see 22 Jump Street the trailer is hilarious. Malificent is another big one - I'm not a big Angelina fan but she's MEANT for this role.

*** I have to watch more of these when I'm at home. I am excited about X-Men and Winter Soldier (Captain America) - I think that comes out next month.

A Million Ways to Die in the West looks like a good laugh film!

Adam and Drew - I will probably wait for Amazon Prime but I love them together as well.

Bad Words - You had me at Jason Bateman.

Obvs. I want to see Veronica but I have to watch the TV show first. :)

I haven't read Divergent either and don't know if I'll get around to seeing the movie.

I saw Need for Speed earlier this week. Terrible! Like, gouge my eyes out and cut off my ears terrible.

Can't wait to see Veronica tomorrow. I feel like I'm meeting up with old friends.
