A Few Of My Favorite Things

Leah Remini is getting a docu-series on TLC. Wait, when did we start calling reality shows docu-series? I really like her. I think she's funny and loud and just kind of a mess. I'll be watching!

Jem and the Holograms is going to be a movie. I don't think this sounds like a good idea at all, but 8-year old me is very excited.

Mel B (of the Spice Girls) sent a prerecorded message to Emma Stone and she cried. It's adorable.

Speaking of the Spice Girls, if they really do get back together and go on tour, I would die. Easy V won't be there (she's a real lady, after all), but I'm still down.

World Trade Center BASE jumping is insane! The video is pretty cool though. It looked so smooth and relaxing. But more importantly, where's the frickin' security?

Are you a basic bitch? Thankfully, I'm not, but I sure know a lot of them!

Jennie Garth and Tori Spelling's new ABC Family show Mystery Girls looks terrible. I'll probably still check out the first few episodes. Beverly Hills, 90210 forever.

SNL announced the next few hosts and musical guests. Tonight is Louis C.K. and Sam Smith. April 5 will be Anna Kendrick and Pharrell. April 12 will be Seth Rogan and Ed Sheeran. I'm excited about all of them!

Andy Cohen made Enrique Iglesias play "Marry, Shag, Kill" with Beyonce, Pink and Britney. You might be surprised by his answer.

Speaking of Andy Cohen, I love when he records his reactions to music videos. He did it before with Britney's Work B**ch and most recently with Lady Gaga's G.U.Y. It cracks me up. I love him so much, but if you don't like him, it'll probably be annoying to you.

We have a busy weekend planned! We're spending this super rainy day at Seattle Center, attending a children's concert and going to the Pacific Science Center. Jacob and I are going to see Little Shop of Horrors on Sunday night and Aziz Ansari on Monday night. Since Nolan is on spring break next week, I'm going to get the boys out of the house and have some fun for a few days before I have surgery on Thursday. (I'm so tired of talking about it because this is my tenth time, but you can read about it here if you're curious). So I'm taking a little break from the computer for at least a week and really looking forward to it!

I have to say I'm so excited for the Jem movie and really hope they pull it off. After all they did manage to make Transformers into a pretty watchable movie, so why can't they do it with Jem? I may be hoping for the best, but I'm still really, really excited about it!

I have tried to read this three times but each time I just end up staring at the screen so I am just saying Hi I came for a visit had a look around and now I am leaving and going to bed and not because it is late it is only 10.35am but because I think my brain is asleep

Let's just get this out there right now - no Empire State Building base jumping OK? We can visit but that's where I draw the line ;)

I'm going to have to check out Kelly Taylor & Donna Martin's new show. Also, do you know Steve Sanders turned 50 yesterday? For real.

Will Leah Remini be talking about scientology?

I like Leah, but not enough to want to watch her show. I am glad she got away from the crazy church though.

I'll admit to being a little excited about the Jem movie. I don't want them to ruin a favorite childhood cartoon though.
